The revised HSK pathway
HSK () is the international standardised Chinese proficiency test. The revised syllabus was published in November 2025 and is marked for implementation from July 2026. It organises practical tasks, topics, vocabulary, characters, and grammar across nine levels.
HSK 3.0 testing is being introduced in stages, so examination availability and transition dates can vary. Dot supports the revised classification as a dedicated learning system; always confirm the current arrangements before booking an examination.
